CAUTION AGAINST, CAUTIOUS OF
Глагол caution 'предостерегать' и существительное caution 'осторожность, предосторожность' употребляются с предлогом against: caution against error, caution against infection, to caution a man against danger, to caution a worker against being late. Глагол caution может также употребляться с инфинитивным оборотом: to caution a man to come in time, to caution a child not to eat green apples. Прилагательное cautious 'осторожный, предусмотрительный' употребляется с предлогом of: cautious of offending a friend, cautious of infection.
